Cheddar Morning Business Update 8/7: Carpool karaoke heads to Apple music

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK -

NEW YORK - It is another big week for earnings on Wall Street.

This week, names like SNAP, Disney and CBS will release their recent financial reports.

Strong earnings from companies like Boeing and Apple have sent the DOW on a 9 day winning streak.

Meanwhile, Google execs are responding to 3,300 word memo written by one of its male engineers, which argued that women aren't suited for tech jobs for "biological" reasons.

Google's head of diversity responded and said she thought the memo advanced incorrect assumptions about gender.

Lastly, carpool karaoke heads to Apple Music, with its own version of James Corden's late night sketch.

The show features different celebrity pairing singing their own playlists.  Corden and Will Smith are in the first episode.
