<p>Rockland County is bringing flu shots to various clinics as a way them easier for residents to access.&nbsp;</p>

Rockland County is bringing flu shots to various clinics as a way them easier for residents to access. 
In years past, the only place available for a flu shot through the county was in Pomona. 
"We want to make sure the community can access our services wherever they may need them," said Dr. Maria Cecilia Mosquera, of the Rockland Department of Health.
Rockland is also giving the vaccine to younger children this year. Anyone over 6 months can get the shot at one of their clinics. The price has been lowered $25, and is free for anyone over 65 years old, have Medicare, Medicaid, are underinsured or uninsured.
