Mount Vernon man accused of taking pictures up women's skirts

MOUNT VERNON -

A Mount Vernon man has been arrested after police say he was taking pictures up women's skirts on a New York City subway train.

Police say Michael Olan, 29, is accused of snapping the pictures on the uptown 2 train on Monday evening.

Olan, who works as a teacher's aide for the New York City Department of Education, is now suspended from his job and is facing unlawful surveillance charges.

He could spend up to four years in prison if convicted.
