Suffern woman wins $1M Publishers Clearing House prize

A grandmother in Suffern got quite a surprise Friday when the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol showed up at her door.
Fran Chargar, 67, won $1 million, plus $10,000 each year for life after entering the free sweepstakes and playing for two years.
"I never win anything. So, this is like unbelievable," said Chargar, who plans on paying bills and taking a vacation.
Fran Chargar works full time and is expecting her second grandchild in December. She says the money will help her retire and set up college funds for the kids.
