An early morning fire damaged the Pechter’s Baking Company’s factory in Harrison, officials said.

The fire was reported around 2 a.m. Monday. A driver for the company sent News 12 New Jersey a photo from the scene.

The driver said the factory on Jersey Street was closed Sunday, and no employees were inside the building when the flames were spotted. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
