Little girl’s Christmas wish comes true at children’s hospital

VALHALLA -

A little girl's Christmas wish to get gifts to her friends at the hospital has come true thanks to some help.

Zoey Seferi has an auto-immune disease and spends many days at Maria Fareri Children Hospital in Valhalla.

All the Connecticut girl wanted this Christmas was to be able to get presents for her friends, who also have to stay in the hospital during the holiday.

Danbury Kia heard about her wish and started a toy drive, which really meant a lot to Zoey and her mother. "It brought tears of joy to my eyes that everyone wanted to participate and make sure her wish came true," says Amanda Seferi.

Dealership officials say the response has been amazing, and toys have been piling up in the dealership’s showroom for the past two weeks.  All of the gifts were delivered to kids at the hospital on Monday.
