IRVINGTON -

An Irvington personal trainer was arraigned Thursday on sexual abuse and forcible touching charges.

Investigators say Eric Betz, 31, met his victim at Lifetime Fitness in Harrison where he worked.

They say he arranged to meet her, and that's when he groped and sexually assaulted her.

Betz pleaded not guilty.

According to Office of the Westchester District Attorney, Betz's bail was set at $3,000 cash over $3,000 bond. His next court date is Jan. 25.

He faces up to one year in jail if convicted.
