Newburgh man involved in Shell station hit-and-run sentenced

NEWBURGH -

A Newburgh man who hit and killed someone with his car has been sentenced.

Milton Pena will spend up to four years in prison after hitting a gas station employee back in June at a Shell in Newburgh.

Prosecutors say Pena got out of his car to inspect the victim's injuries before leaving the scene.
