New York attorney general announces takedown of massive crime ring

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced Tuesday that authorities took down a major Hudson Valley crime ring.

The attorney general’s office says the suspects are gang members who were operating in Newburgh, Orange County and the upstate region.

Authorities confiscated a number of weapons, including guns. The attorney general's office tells News 12 that their crimes involve drug trafficking and violence.
