Dozens of NYPD officers are getting ready to jump in the ring Thursday to duke it out for a good cause.

It's all for the foundation Atlas Cops and Kids, a nonprofit boxing program to help kids in and out of the ring.

The goal of Thursday’s charity event is to raise enough money to open a boxing gym in the Bronx.

Many of the officers participating are also using the event to raise money for private charities and Puerto Rico.
