NORTH SALEM -

A Connecticut woman is accused of throwing a hatchet at a person during a domestic dispute in North Salem, according to state police.

Authorities say they arrested Debbie Coller, 41, after she broke into the victim's home on Spring Hill Road on March 30.

Officials say she also rammed that victim's vehicle several times with her car and prevented the victim from calling police.

Authorities say Coller was arrested a second time after she contacted the victim, violating an order of protection.

Coller is facing numerous felony charges and is due back in court on April 6.
