Case against murder suspect heads to grand juryPosted: Updated:
The case against a New York City woman accused of killing her co-worker at an Irvington restaurant is headed to a grand jury.
Investigators say Rosa Ramirez, 27, stabbed Bonafacio Rodriguez several times with a kitchen knife last Tuesday at River City Grille on South Broadway.
Ramirez was supposed to appear in court Monday, but the hearing was waived.
She is charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail.
