A Bridgeport man who police say they caught walking around with a loaded gun for the second time in as many months has been arrested.
Police say they nabbed Jahaz Langston, 18, after he paraded around the streets and in some backyards near Trumbull Gardens -- where he was arrested on similar charges last month.
According to investigators, Langston was carrying an unlicensed, semi-automatic pistol loaded with 15 rounds.
At one point, police say, he passed the weapon to his younger brother and road a dirt bike up and down Trumbull Avenue.
"We are working very hard and diligently to prevent these types of individuals from being in the neighborhoods, possessing firearms," says Bridgeport Police Chief AJ Perez. "We're going to be making as many arrests as is necessary."
Police also questioned and released two juveniles.
A judge ordered Langston held on $300,000 bond.
