WHITE PLAINS -

Calling all student artists! A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is making its way to a music school in White Plains.

Westchester County teens can submit their own artwork to have it permanently displayed on an exterior wall of the Music Conservatory of Westchester on Central Avenue.

The contest is called the "Colors of Music." The artwork should focus on the county's musical diversity in mural form.

The National Endowment for the Arts provided a grant giving middle and high schools students this unique opportunity.

Students have until May 11 to enter. Winners will be announced in June.
