Bryan Stamps, 15, accused of stabbing another student in a classroom, had a pretrial conference today.

A teen from New Rochelle accused of stabbing another student in a classroom was back in court today.

Bryan Stamps, who was arraigned on attempted murder charges a few weeks ago, had a pretrial conference today. The 15-year-old teen is accused of stabbing the student inside New Rochelle High School, then leaving the school campus, and the state of New York. After close to four months following the stabbing, the FBI located Stamps in Alabama where he was taken into custody in May.

Westchester County authorities picked him up in Alabama, and he returned to Westchester for his arraignment last month.

Stamps is being charged as a juvenile offender and faces attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. His next appearance is scheduled for August.
