News 12's Tina Redwine is joined by is Chef Kaylee, the Campbell's Snack Chef, based in Norwalk, at Pepperidge Farm, to make an onion and herb dip.
Cape Cod Chip Dip
Ingredients:
Greek Yogurt
1 + 1/3 cup
Sour Cream
3/4 cup
Caramelized Onions
1/2 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Onion Powder
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp
Parsley
1/4 tsp
Thyme
1/4 tsp
Rosemary
1/4 tsp
Cape Cod Chips (flavor of your choice)
1 bag
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Refrigerate dip overnight before serving, as the flavors from the onions and herbs intensify overnight. Dip can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
