“Jollyman” arrested for public lewdness in Dutchess County

WAPPINGERS FALLS -

A Dutchess County man is arrested and charged with public lewdness.

State police say they received complaints that Louis Carrasquillo, 52, of Wappingers Falls rubbed his genitals and made sexual comments toward passengers while operating as “Jollyman,” a transportation service.

An investigation led to his arrest.

He was released and will be in court July 11.
