Prosecutors: 4th child dies following Union City house fire

A fourth child has died following a Union City house fire that earlier claimed the lives of three children and injured several other occupants and firefighters.
The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office announced early Monday that 13-year-old Jose Felipe Tejada died after being critically injured in that fire.
Neighbors and loved ones have set up a memorial outside the home to remember the victims. Dozens of candles and photos of the victims have been set up. The memorial says that Union City stands together to honor the victims.
Officials have previously said that Friday morning's fire at a three-story home on the 400 block of 25th Street also killed two boys - 2-year-old Jason Gonzalez and 7-year-old Christian Josue Mendez, and a 5-year-old girl, Mayli Wood.
Neighbors told News 12 New Jersey that Jason Gonzalez and Christian Josue Mendez were brothers and that Mayli Wood was their cousin. The children all lived in the home, according to residents.
A 4-year-old girl remains in critical condition at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. A woman and a man are in stable condition. Eight firefighters were treated, mostly for smoke inhalation or heat-related issues.
The Red Cross has reported helping 30 people from eight families.
News 12 is also told that the city is helping the families plan funerals for the children who were killed. They will also help bring in relatives from Honduras for the funeral.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but officials says that it began on the first floor of the home.
