Family claims mausoleum could be leaking bodily fluids

A family says their mausoleum at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery in Nanuet could be leaking bodily fluids.
Raymond and Sabastian Accolla say they go to the family mausoleum weekly to help keep it up, but it’s leaking.
"It's an oozing material,” says Raymond Accolla. “It's decomposed body material.”
The Accollas are concerned about contamination if the fluids continue to spread. They say that they have been trying to get the cemetery to help with the problem, but that the cemetery superintendent isn’t doing anything about it.
News 12 reached out to the cemetery office at St. Anthony's, but no one was available to talk.
The Board of Health went to the cemetery Monday and the health inspector said they are looking into it.
A Board of Health spokesperson says there were violations. They will be delivering a violation letter to St. Anthony’s by Tuesday saying that the situation must be taken care of immediately.
