What's Cooking: Sterling Silver Tomahawk Chop Steak

Chef Rob, of Uncle Giuseppe's, adds a little clarified butter, fresh herbs, some olive oil and, of course, salt and pepper, to season the steak. Add some roasted potatoes and sauteed broccoli rabe and some white wine to complete your perfect summer meal.

-Sterling Silver Tomahawk chop steak
-Clarified butter
-Fresh herbs
-Olive Oil
-Salt
-Pepper

Place the steak on the grill. Season (to taste) with salt and pepper. Use rosemary brush to lightly brush on olive oil. Grill both sides until it's charred on the outside (but still red on the inside). Place on sheet pan in the oven for about 15-20 minutes a pound.
Possible sides: roasted potatoes with fresh herbs; sauteed broccoli rabe with roasted garlic and oil and red pepper flakes.
Serve with a white wine.
