Torrington police: 2 busted during drug sting at park

<p>Torrington police made two arrests after finding marijuana during a drug sting.&nbsp;</p>

Torrington police made two arrests after finding marijuana during a drug sting. 
Officers say they were conducting surveillance in the area of the Jiggs Donahue Park on East Pearl Street when they noticed a silver sedan in the park. 
According to officers, they observed a hand-to-hand drug transaction occur between Luidis Perez and a 16-year-old juvenile.
The driver of the sedan was later identified as Ignacio Reynoso. 
Officers seized four bags of marijuana and $630 cash.
