A Bronx man has been charged in connection to a deadly crash in the town of Wallkill.

Investigators say Robinson Perez, 30, was driving drunk when he crashed into Middletown resident Dustin Mills in July 2017. They say Perez crossed into the wrong lane on Route 17M and hit the car driven by Mills.

Perez has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter.

Perez is being held in the Orange County Correctional Facility.
