Westchester real estate agent accused of selling cocainePosted: Updated:
A Westchester real estate agent is accused of selling cocaine across the county.
Officials say Russell was involved in the sale and distribution of large amounts of cocaine in lower Westchester and parts of Connecticut.
About $46,000 worth of cocaine, $23,000 in cash and three cars were seized from a Port Chester residence last month after state police arrested 39-year-old Fintan Russell for allegedly selling and distributing mass amounts of cocaine.
Police say they arrested Russell away from his Sound View Street home after a two-month investigation.
Russell's LinkedIn page shows that he's a real estate agent at Exit Realty in White Plains. The firm no longer lists him on its website.
State police say Russell is being held without bail at Westchester County Jail as he awaits his next court date. If convicted, he could serve up to 40 years in prison.
News 12 tried to get in touch with Exit Realty in White Plains to see if Russell was employed there, but its offices were closed.
