More than $1 million worth of high grade marijuana was seized in Orange County on Friday.

State police say they smelled a strong odor of marijuana during a traffic stop in Montgomery, so they searched the vehicle.

Officials say 204 pounds of the drug were found stuffed into a large wooden box in the bed of the pickup.

Danny Aguayo, 35, of Stamford, CT, and Anthony Donofrio, 69, of New Rochelle, have been arrested for criminal possession of marijuana, according to state police. They were arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $50,000 cash bail, $100,000 bond.
