Cleanup continued Wednesday in the village of Ossining after a nearly 50-foot retention wall collapsed.
Out of an abundance of caution, all of the Westchester retaining walls are being inspected.
Village engineers and crews spent Wednesday assessing the damage at the site to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Westchester County engineers say the walls are built for a roughly 50-year lifespan, depending on the design, nearby soil and the weather.
