Identity Evropa, a neo-Nazi hate group as identified by the ADL, has been putting flyers up at different locations throughout the Hudson Valley and posting them on social media.
They have been found in Spring Valley, Port Chester, Croton and Middletown.
State Sen. David Carlucci, along with leaders from different faiths, gathered at Rock Apostolic Church to send a message: There's no room for bigotry in Rockland County.
"We need to gather and let like-minded hearts come together and support one another. I think that rather than feeling divided, we have to know how many are on our team," said Rabbi Paul Kurland, of the Nanuet Hebrew Center.
Identity Evropa has been linked to the Unite the Right rally that turned violent in Charlottesville last year. On their website, they identify as "a fraternal organization for people of European heritage that participates in community building and civic engagement."
"Anyone that says that they're better than everyone else, that only those that came from Europe are worthy of being on the highest pedestal…that's really kind of crass,” said Rabbi Kurland.
Spring Valley police said they are aware of the signs and are trying to track them down.
