A popular White Plains pizzeria is closed after more than 20 years.
Customers said they had heard that Uno Pizzeria and Grill would be closing this fall, but didn't expect it to happen so soon.
Daniel Brazier and his friends frequented the restaurant, which is part of the franchise known for its Chicago-style deep-dish pizza.
“It was like ‘Cheers.’ They knew you, good company, it wasn't loud like a traditional bar,” said Brazier.
News 12 is told employees who are now without a job are hopeful they'll find a new place to work.
Pizzeria Uno’s other location in Yonkers is still open.
