Tornado cleanup underway in the town of New Castle

<p>Winds of up to 110 mph took down trees and power lines in the town of New Castle after a tornado touched down.</p>

Areas in the town of New Castle hit hard by this week's tornado are still cleaning up debris Thursday.
The National Weather Service confirmed that a second powerful tornado touched down in the Hudson Valley on Tuesday. A second tornado was confirmed in the town of New Castle, where winds of up to 110 mph took down trees and power lines. There was also heavy damage in the communities of Chappaqua and Millwood, which are located in the town of New Castle.
In Millwood, there are still downed trees and power lines everywhere. Homeowners are wondering how long its' going to take to get things back to normal. Con Ed crews are also busy trying to restore power to many residents still in the dark.
Renee Vertucci, of Millwood, says her home sustained water and roof damage. Vertucci says she is numb from the whole experience.
Crews from  Fuller Center of Greater NYC are assisting homeowners, who say they still haven't heard from their insurance companies.
