Hate flyers distributed to 2 liberal arts colleges in Poughkeepsie

Messages of hate were found at the campuses of at least two liberal arts colleges in Poughkeepsie.
The flyers at Vassar and Marist colleges were linked to a neo-Nazi white supremacist group.
Marist College has confirmed that an individual was detained Monday night. The college says that the person admitted to placing the posters on its campus.
The flyer blames Jews for the sexual assault allegations against now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
The flyer says "brought to you by your local Stormer book club." That "club" is considered to be a group of white supremacists and neo-Nazis.
A spokesperson for Marist College says campus security detained an individual in connection to the anti-Semitic posters. It said that the person is not associated with their campus, and the case is now being handled by Poughkeepsie police.
Vassar College also released a statement condemning the flyers.

The flyers were also reportedly posted at two universities in California.
The name of the individual apprehended at Marist is not being released.
It is unclear if that person will face any charges.
