State Supreme Court justice from LI accused of drunk driving

A New York state Supreme Court justice from Huntington is a facing drunk driving charge.
William Rebolini  was arrested for allegedly driving drunk on Sept. 30 in the town of Riverhead, according to Newsday.
Police say Rebolini's declined a breathalyzer test, so his license was suspended.
The 61-year-old pleaded not guilty at his arraignment earlier this month. He is due back in court in November.
