People who need help with their heating bill in Norwalk can return to the original location for ABCD.
The community action agency will reopen its office at 149 Water St., which was closed 10 months due to flooding.
The new executive director invited the public to a ceremony this morning.
"This is just really characteristic of everything that's happening at ABCD right now,” said Dr. Monette Ferguson.  “New leadership, we have the new board chair -- and we're really excited about the new space that we're about to open.”
ABCD was temporarily moved to a location on Main Street in Norwalk, which is now closed.
