9h agoA teenager was caught drinking and driving in Saugerties, police say.
Police say they received a call for a complaint of a drunk customer harassing staff at a McDonald's on Route 212.
They say while responding, they were told the customer had gotten into a car and was leaving the restaurant.
Police tracked down Brett Pitt, 18, at the Stewarts Store on Route 212.
Pitt was found behind the wheel with possession of alcohol and marijuana.
He is due back in court Dec. 12.
