BROOKLYN -

A Brooklyn rapper is suing the makers of the video game Fortnite saying they're illegally using his dance moves in the game.

Rapper 2 Milly says he came up with the dance Milly Rock several years ago, and it became popular in a song and video he put out.

In the lawsuit, the rapper, whose real name is Terrence Ferguson, is asking for a judge to order the game to stop using his moves and is also asking for damages.

An Epic Games spokesman has declined comment.
