13-year-old among 5 who led police on chase before crashing stolen car

Police arrested five people Friday, including a 13-year-old boy, following a police chase and crash involving a stolen car on the Merritt Parkway.
The driver of the stolen car was identified as Andre Davis, 20, of Bridgeport who police say faces multiple charges.
The four other suspects, a 13-year-old boy, 14-year-old girl and boy, and a 15-year-old boy were also arrested and are facing charges.
Police say the 14-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy are brothers from Derby and the 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy are from Bridgeport.
The incident happened in the northbound lane of Merritt Parkway near exit 48 in Trumbull around 1:30 a.m.
Police say they were first called to Westport in the area of Hills Point Road for the report of a suspicious vehicle.
Investigators say they discovered a black-colored Audi and determined it was stolen out of Easton.
Police say a pursuit began before the car crashed into another vehicle inside a construction zone and hit a guardrail on the Merritt Parkway.
Westport police say Davis also has a warrant for his arrest because of a parole violation.
He was transported to Westport police headquarters where he was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a child, theft of a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, reckless endangerment and conspiracy to commit larceny.
The four other suspects’ names were not released because they are juveniles, police say.
