Formal charges will be filed against a Levittown pet store owner and his nephew for allegedly selling dangerous reptiles.
Douglas Dellecave and his newphew Anthony Cammarata have been charged in a 52 count indictment.
Dellecave and Cammarata are accused of importing the animals from Florida, where they are legal, and selling them at Reptile Rage.
The Nassau SPCA says it discovered dozens of illegal animals like Snapping Turtles and Gila Monsters at the store and in Dellecave's home.
