Four teens were arrested in connection to the fire that engulfed a well-known mansion in New Rochelle last month.

New Rochelle police announced on Wednesday that four 13-year-old boys were arrested. Three of them have been charged with trespassing, and another is facing trespassing and felony arson charges.
Barbara Davis, the city's historian, says the Gothic cottage built in 1855 was admired for its architecture and evolved from being a nature center to an amphitheater to an office space. In recent years, it was vacant.
