Officials say that at some point in the get together, Hernandez and victim 25-year-old Luis Rivera got into some sort of an argument that turned violent.

Hernandez allegedly followed Rivera outside the apartment and fatally stabbed him.

News 12 is told that Hernandez is expected to be arraigned in January.
