Man indicted in connection to fatal Monroe stabbingPosted: Updated:
An Orange County man was indicted Wednesday in connection to the stabbing death of a man outside of his Monroe apartment, News 12 Westchester is told.
The Orange County District Attorney alleges that Samuel Hernandez and a group of people were drinking inside his Monroe apartment back in October.
Officials say that at some point in the get together, Hernandez and victim 25-year-old Luis Rivera got into some sort of an argument that turned violent.
Hernandez allegedly followed Rivera outside the apartment and fatally stabbed him.
News 12 is told that Hernandez is expected to be arraigned in January.
