A medical condition is being blamed for a wrong-way accident in Orange County.
Police say a man was injured after a crash in Tuxedo Monday morning. They say witnesses saw the driver of this car speeding south in the northbound lanes of Route 17.
The driver then slammed into a telephone pole, causing the car to roll over several times.
Police say the driver was in diabetic shock due to low blood sugar at the time of the crash.
