FAIRFIELD -

A man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a person walking a dog, authorities say.

David Sharpe, 29, of Fairfield is accused of touching himself in his car in front of the victim on Winfield Street in September.

A similar incident happened to another victim in Fairfield in October.

The second victim was able to help authorities link the incidents.

Sharpe turned himself in to Norwalk police Friday.

He is being charged with breach of peace and public indecency.
