Commuters greeted with bitter cold, urged to bundle up

Not everyone has this Martin Luther King Jr. Day off, and some people have to commute to and from work and be outside in the bitter cold.
Officials say hypothermia is a concern as the temperatures drop to near 10 degrees with wind chills from 0 to -15 degrees.
Health officials say wear tightly woven clothes and a wind resistant layer if you plan to be outside.
