A baker with a love for cheesecake has brought his passion to Bed-Stuy.

Justin Gonzalez founded Cubano's Cheesecake where he serves up more than 75 flavors of the popular dessert.

"My passion is cheesecake," says Gonzalez. "I've loved cheesecake since I was a little kid. That was my favorite dessert.

The consistency of his cheesecakes and various flavors has resonated with celebrities from basketball legend Isaiah Thomas to Pretty Lou from the radio station Hot 97.

One of the most popular varieties is the Krispy Cream Cheesecake that features a mason jar filled with graham cracker crust.
