Man accused in West Nyack car dealership slaying pleads not guilty

WEST NYACK -

The man accused of killing the owner of a West Nyack car dealership during a dispute was in court Friday.

Police say Eric Ross, 24, shot Youbens Joseph at Youbs Auto Sales last November after a dispute over a car.

He pleaded not guilty to a murder charge.

About a dozen of the victim’s family members and friends attended the hearing.

Ross is being held in the Rockland County Jail. His next court date is Feb. 19.
