Police seek public’s help in finding 3 suspects in South Norwalk stabbing

Police are asking for the public's help tracking down the people they say hit a man with their car and then stabbed him.
According to police, the victim and his friends were walking from Washington Street to a parking lot on Madison early Sunday morning.
They say the suspects followed them and that an altercation started.
The victim says the suspects, three of which were in a vehicle, had struck him with their vehicle and then got out and assaulted him.
During the assault, police say the victim was stabbed in the abdomen with an unknown object.
Police say the suspects took off.
Detectives continue to look for a motive.
The victim is expected to be OK.
