A camp in Cornwall that was shut down last week appears to be open again.

News 12 obtained video of kids being dropped off at Camp Yedidim on Boulder Drive in Cornwall over the weekend.

The camp was ordered by the county health department to shut down.

The town of Cornwall denied the owner of Camp Yedidim's application last year to turn the property into a camp.

County officials now say it appears a permit isn’t required.

The town officials say the board has authorized civil action to enforce code, and the town's attorney is preparing the paperwork.
