Mother Nature isn't giving up on summer yet as conditions will feel more like mid-July today.
News 12 meteorologists say it will be hazy, hot and humid with a chance of late-day thunderstorms.
Highs will be in upper 80s and feel even warmer due to the humidity degrees.
Thursday will be similar with an even greater chance for thunderstorms throughout the day.
Thursday’s storms will leave the region with cooler and drier weather. Friday is expected to have mostly sunny skies with a high around 71 degrees.
