Local activists are calling for action to close the camps housing undocumented immigrants.

Protesters are rallying outside of Rep. Eliot Engel's Mount Vernon office for National Weekend of Action.

They say Engel supports some of the steps needed to close the camps at the southern border but still takes donations from companies that are profiting from what they are calling a war on immigrants.

The activists are calling on the congressman to return donations.
