Meals on Wheels pack food boxes for people in need during coronavirus outbreak
Meals on Wheels of Rockland County are ramping up services during the coronavirus outbreak.
Meals on Wheels CEO Kevin Hardy says on Monday, they are increasing capacity by 25%.
This widens the scope of people who can receive the help they're looking for at a time when many supermarket shelves are clean to the core.
"We're not limiting ourselves to just the seniors because there's a lot of people involved now with this so we're opening that up to anyone who might want to isolate from that we have the ability to deliver meals going forward,” says Hardy.
