Wednesday night is the first night of Passover, and this year will be different than years past because of social distancing.

Some of the Jewish faithful will celebrate virtually while others will be home with family, all clinging to the spirit of the holiday, which in part honors freedom.

"We shouldn't lose our spirit and our resolve, our sense of happiness and celebration," said Rabbi Butman, of Chabad of Westchester.

He is hoping this year, the holiday will bring his community together.
