The man who was arrested for dangling off the Tappan Zee Bridge is a free man again.

Michael Davitt spent six months in the Westchester County Jail for using a rope ladder to climb down 75 feet below the center span for four hours.

The bridge dangling incident was the culmination of a two-year battle Davitt had with Rockland County.
