NEW CITY - Another lawsuit has been filed in connection to the tragedy on the Hudson River last summer.

Tappan Zee Constructors is asking the court to exonerate or limit its liability in a deadly boat crash involving one of its barges. The organization is placing the entire blame on the boat's operator, JoJo John, of Nyack.

On July 26, bride-to-be Lindsey Stewart and her groom's best man, Mark Lennon, were killed when the boat they were riding on crashed into a barge on the Hudson.

However, it claims that the barges were moored and lit properly at the time of the accident and John was negligent.
