Another lawsuit has been filed in connection to the tragedy on the Hudson River last summer.

Tappan Zee Constructors is asking the court to exonerate or limit its liability in a deadly boat crash involving one of its barges. The organization is placing the entire blame on the boat's operator, JoJo John, of Nyack.
